Try before you buy

You can use Tone Master on 3 of your own photos for free, including full-resolution downloads, before paying anything. Please use the free trial to make sure Tone Master works for you, on your photos and your device.

Purchases are final once activated

Because you can try the full tool first, we don’t offer refunds once your license key has been activated (entered on our website for the first time).

Your right of withdrawal (EU)

Tone Master is digital content. If you are a consumer in the EU, you have 14 days from purchase to withdraw from the purchase, as long as you haven’t activated your license key yet. By activating your key you ask for immediate access to Tone Master and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal from that moment.

To withdraw before activating, email tonemaster.support@gmail.com with your order number, and you’ll receive a full refund through Lemon Squeezy.

When something goes wrong

We will of course refund you if you were charged twice by mistake, or if Tone Master turns out not to work as described and we can’t fix the problem. Contact us and we’ll sort it out.

This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
