1. Who we are

Tone Master is a web-based photo tool operated by an independent developer based in the Czech Republic. You can reach us at tonemaster.support@gmail.com.

2. Buying Tone Master

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the reseller (merchant of record) for all orders. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, invoicing and sales tax or VAT, and its own terms apply to the payment itself. After purchase you receive a license key by email.

3. Your license

• A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use Tone Master. One license is for one person.
• A license key can be active on up to 3 devices or browsers at the same time. To move it to another device, use “Sign out of this device” at the bottom of the tool. If you lost a device and can no longer sign out, contact us and we will free the slot.
• “Lifetime access” means access for as long as Tone Master is offered. If we ever discontinue it, we will give at least 30 days’ notice on this website.
• You may not share, resell or publish your license key, or copy, redistribute or resell the Tone Master software itself.

4. Free trial

You can use Tone Master on up to 3 of your own photos free of charge, including full-resolution downloads, before buying. The free photos are counted per browser.

5. Your photos

Your photos are processed entirely in your own browser and are never uploaded to our servers. You keep all rights to your photos and to the images you create with Tone Master.

7. No warranty

Tone Master is provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable, but we can’t guarantee that it will be free of errors or work with every file, browser or device. Keep a copy of your original photos. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don’t take away rights from licenses already purchased.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country.
